PSi works with clients in several ways.
Consulting: In our consulting role, we negotiate a fee with our client. Typically, we charge a retainer based on the size of the team assigned to the assignment and the amount of time that the team will need to devote to the engagement.
Subscription: In addition to client-centered consulting, PSi conducts extensive research which we make available to subscribers of our newsletters & reports.
Success Fees: PSi also believes in assisting clients in implementing strategies, and has frequently accepted fees based on the successful completion of a transaction.
Investment: PSi has also invested in several of the ventures that we have been involved in.
